Dr. Ana María Mass is the founder of NovEduca and a recognized force in the evolution of digital learning.

Dr. Ana María Mass is the founder of NovEduca and a recognized force in the evolution of digital learning.

Dr. Mass has extensive experience in online education, technology integration, and educational administration, forging pathways for student progress. She has developed pioneering in-person and online programs, lectured globally, and led professional development at top institutions in the US, Argentina, Finland, Italy, Chile, and Brazil. Recently, she founded a content-development startup and an educational technology company, patenting AI-driven software to monitor student engagement. She has led teams of faculty, administrators, and technologists on projects that improved teaching, retention, and learning outcomes for university students. Proficient in several languages, she holds a Doctorate in Education from Universidad de San Andrés, a Master’s in Education from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s in Literature from the University of Buenos Aires. Above all, Dr. Mass promotes innovation and ensures effective learning experiences for all.

Lucas is a User Experience and Visual Designer who has experience delivering highly functional websites and digital platforms. Lucas is the founder of Gridmakers, a web design and development agency where he is in charge of leading multidisciplinary teams. Throughout this time, he contributed to projects for the University of Nevada, Nike and PEGSA Group among others, focusing on delivering accesible, usable and scope-driven digital solutions that guarantee the completion of business goals.

Dan is an accomplished IT and HR professional with global management experience and expertise in project management, systems implementation, HR shared services, and business process reengineering. A certified PMP and fluent in Spanish, he excels in HR analytics, workforce administration, and learning. Dan is the VP of Communications for PMI Houston and an American Red Cross volunteer. He holds an MPA from Harvard University and a BA from UC Berkeley, bringing a strong academic foundation to his work.

Multilingual and globally minded, Dr. Mass holds advanced degrees from Harvard University, Universidad de San Andrés, and Universidad de Buenos Aires.
