What We Did

Designed a youth-focused micro-course for high school students who will serve as peer tutors for elementary students.

How We Did It

In collaboration with three senior SMEs, we developed the NSSA-compliant “Peer Tutor Talent Roadmap” using an intentional strategy and supporting systems—resulting in eight interactive modules covering peer-tutoring skills, mathematics, reading, and writing interventions, approaches for multilingual learners, and assessment techniques. 

Part of a course designed by NovEduca displaying instructions for a self-efficacy survey for tutors. It includes a to-do list, a reflection template, and an image of a person writing in a notebook.

What We Accomplished

A self-paced, 23-hour asynchronous course that delivers exceptional training for future Visible Learning Peer Tutors in charge of unlocking potential for struggling learners.
