What We’re Doing 

NovEduca is playing an active role in shaping the TVET Academy by designing, editing, and enhancing course content—while also conducting in-depth instructional design, UX/UI, and quality assurance (QA) reviews. We work hands-on to ensure each module is not only pedagogically sound but also visually engaging and accessible. The goal is to equip World Bank staff and public officials with practical, actionable tools to build and strengthen Technical and Vocational Education and Training systems worldwide. 

How We’re Doing It 

We collaborate closely with international subject matter experts and World Bank leaders to tailor the program for its intended audience. Our approach applies best practices in adult learning and digital pedagogy, ensuring accessibility, alignment with learning outcomes, and high engagement through thoughtful visual and interaction design.
