Qué Hicimos

Diseñamos una serie de desarrollo profesional de 45 horas compuesta por tres cursos integrados, estableciendo una Credencial Introductoria para la Enseñanza Superior (ECTC) destinada a instructores noveles de instituciones universitarias.

Cómo Lo Hicimos

Creamos un marco de programa abarcativo para la alineación vertical y horizontal de los tres cursos, basado en los aportes de siete expertos de la Universidad de Colorado, Denver, y la Universidad de Nevada, Las Vegas. Coordinamos la integración de diversas perspectivas, teorías y estilos de enseñanza, delineamos los roles de los moderadores y los recursos, y desarrollamos instrucciones y videos introductorios para navegar eficazmente el programa.

Qué Logramos

El programa ECTC ofrece un marco sólido para desarrollar la identidad docente, involucrar a estudiantes diversos y aplicar técnicas prácticas para fomentar ambientes de aula equitativos y efectivos. También incorpora escenarios generados por IA sobre el reconocimiento de sesgos y falacias lógicas, asegurando una formación docente interactiva y práctica.
